Chelsea make Cole Palmer registration decision for Conference League
- Palmer left out of squad for initial phase to help manage workload

Chelsea have registered Cole Palmer, Trevoh Chalobah and new signing Mathis Amougou for the knockout stages of the Conference League.
The Blues decided to leave Palmer out of their squad for the group stages. Hoping to balance his workload after a breakthrough first full year.
