Behaviors that reduce the risk of breast cancer

Making the following small lifestyle and eating changes may help prevent or reduce your risk of breast cancer.

Change your behavior to be a clean girl.

Food is an important factor that can cause cancer. If you often eat grilled meat, shabu, or burnt fatty pork, try to adjust your eating habits to be organic, focusing on protein from soybeans and soy products in appropriate quantities. This is because the isoflavones found in soybeans have a structure similar to the hormone estrogen and can bind to the estrogen receptors in the body.

Research supports that people who eat more of this type of food have a lower incidence of cancer, especially breast and ovarian cancer.  Food sources that contain this substance include tofu, soybean paste, fermented soybeans, soy milk, boiled soybeans, and soy milk. ทางเข้า ufabet  “Clean” eating is not just a temporary eating trend, but also has a long-term positive effect on disease prevention.

I am an active girl who works out.

Any woman who is starting to have a problem with being overweight should be very careful about this. Obesity is another factor that can develop breast cancer during menopause because breast tissue in obese women can respond well to stimulation from the hormone estrogen, which is a factor in the development of more breast lumps.

Regular exercise can help prevent overweight and obesity. Change your free time activities that don’t involve moving your body much to move a little. You could walk faster , go for a morning jog, or do yoga after work. These small activities not only help strengthen your body, prevent other complications, and relieve stress, but also help women have a more beautiful figure.

Avoid secondhand smoke

It’s not just smokers who are at risk, but also second-hand smoke from people around you who smoke. These carcinogens are all around us, whether it’s in smoking areas in shopping mall parking lots, restaurants, or even people sitting next to us.

Although cigarettes are not the main cause of breast cancer, the chemicals in cigarettes contain many carcinogens that can quickly penetrate into the blood vessels, tissues, and brain. Therefore, we unknowingly ingest carcinogens and may develop into cancer cells later on.

You can choose not to drink.

Liquor, beer  , or any type of alcoholic beverage can increase the risk of breast cancer for women if consumed in excessive amounts per day. This is because ethyl alcohol (Ethyl Alcohol) or ethanol (Ethanol) found in alcohol is a human carcinogen that stimulates the growth of breast cancer cells more than in people who do not drink.

It is best to limit your daily intake to no more than 1 standard unit for women and 2 standard units for men, which is roughly equivalent to a can of beer (360 ml).

Normal habits can have a greater negative effect on breast health than you think. Because getting cancer is not just a matter of luck as many people like to talk about, but behavior also plays an important role in causing the disease. Adjusting your daily lifestyle, taking care of your diet, keeping your mind bright, and exercising to be ready to accept future risks is probably better than sitting around with chest pain later on.
